As with past football seasons, the UMC and academic parking areas will be used for RV parking. The RV designated Medical Center lots must be cleared by 6 pm on Fridays each home game weekend. If your car is left in one of these RV lots, it is subject to being towed with a tow charge of $100. If you need to leave your car past 6 pm, please move your car, before the end of the business day, to the north parking lot (SHC lot), the southeast patient parking lot or the new soccer/perimeter lot. (The Soccer Lot must be cleared by 7 am on game day.
The first two rows of the southeast lot will be available Saturdays for CCHS Faculty, Staff, Residents, and 3rd and 4th year Medical Students needing to work. Please have your CCHS ID badge available for verification.
Homecoming Post Game Cookout
The Homecoming Postgame Cookout is scheduled for November 1 following the football game. All faculty, staff and students are invited as well as alumni and retired faculty and staff. There will be activities for children. More information to come at a later date.
Chili/Soup Cook-off and Treat Walk
The 2nd Annual Chili/Soup Cook-off will be held Thursday, October 30 beginning at 11:30. To enter, please an email Lori Upton containing your recipe. On the day of the cook-off, bring your entry to the Faculty/Staff lounge. During the cook-off we will also be having a treat walk in the classrooms.
