Board-certified geriatricians provide geriatric education and training to our medical students and resident physicians. Together with other faculty who have certification and expertise in caring for older adults, our geriatricians also care for patients in our Geriatric Clinic. Patients receive an interdisciplinary evaluation on their first visit, including a full evaluation and health assessment, a mental health assessment, a prescription audit, and social services as needed. Referrals to on-site specialists are made if needed.
