SPORTS MEDICINE FELLOWSHIP

The College’s Sports Medicine Fellowship is a one-year ACGME-accredited program with a comprehensive curriculum that will train the resident in any sports medicine endeavor. Successful completion of the program allows the resident to apply for the CAQ in Sports Medicine.

Eligibility

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, or pediatrics residency program.

Applicants must be board certified or board eligible in their program.

Applicants are asked to spend two to three days visiting our program.
Electives at our program are welcomed.

Applicants must submit:

  • USMLE scores from all three steps
  • Copy of medical school transcripts
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Letter of interest
  • Three letters of recommendation, including one from the applicant’s residency director
