Dr. Disha Italiya received her medical degree from the Surat Municipal Institute of Medical Education and Research in Surat, Gujarat, India, in 2010. She completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University – Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Italiya is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has five years of experience. She is also an adjunct assistant professor at The University of Alabama College of Community Health Sciences, which operates University Hospitalist Group.
