Stephanie Smith
Assistant Professor
Dr. Stephanie Smith joined CCHS as an assistant professor in two departments – the Department of Family, Internal, and Rural Medicine and the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine. She also cares for patients as a family medicine and behavioral health physician at University Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, which CCHS operates. Smith earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Ga. She completed her residency at the East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine – Johnson City Family Medicine Residency Program. Smith completed a behavioral health fellowship at CCHS.
