Hui Wang, MD

Dr. Hui Wang is an assistant professor in the Department of Community Medicine and Population Health at the College of Community Health Sciences. His primary research interests include sufficient dimension reduction, inferential statistical analysis, semiparametric modeling, and integration of machine learning models into health outcomes studies. Before joining the department, Wang served as a research data analyst with the Institute for Rural Health Research, which is operated by CCHS. He earned master’s and doctoral degrees in applied statistics from The University of Alabama.
