Marion Reed, MD
Associate Professor
Dr. Marion Reed is an associate professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the College of Community Health Sciences. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Before joining the College, he had a private practice in the Tuscaloosa/Northport community. He is currently one of the few OB/GYNs to maintain privileges at both DCH Regional Medical Center and Northport Medical Center.
Reed graduated from Samford University in Birmingham and received his medical degree at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham. He also completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His areas of interests include obstetrics and advanced laparoscopic GYN surgical techniques—including robotic assisted surgeries.
