Dr. Andy Thomas is a resident with The University of Alabama Tuscaloosa Family Medicine Residency, which is operated by the College of Community Health Sciences.
Thomas, who is from Prattville, Ala., received his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He received his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham (now the UAB Heersink School of Medicine). He has a special interest in sports medicine.
After residency, Thomas plans to practice outpatient family medicine.
