Dr. Paris Cooke is a resident with The University of Alabama Tuscaloosa Family Medicine Residency Program, which is operated by the College of Community Health Sciences.
Cooke, who is from Coosada, Ala., received a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences from Auburn University in Auburn, Ala., and a master’s degree in rural community health from UA. She received a medical degree from the UAB Heersink School of Medicine in Birmingham, Ala. Cooke has a special interest in obstetrics and rural medicine.
After residency, Cooke plans to practice family medicine with obstetrics in rural Alabama.
