Summer Food Safety

Summer is a great time for outdoor picnics and barbecues, but it also brings a potential for food poisoning if those outdoor treats aren’t kept at a safe temperature. University Medical Center dietician Suzanne Henson said there are several ways to keep potential problems at bay, and she explains how to keep food safe in the summer.
