Dr. Robert McKinney, assistant professor of Social Work with CCHS and director of the Office of Case Management and Social Services for University Medical Center, co-authored “When worlds collide: Socio-political conflict in patient care,” accepted for publication in the International Journal of Psychiatry in Medicine.
Daniela Monroy, a fourth-year medical student at CCHS, and Dr. Tom Weida, professor of family medicine with CCHS, co-authored a poster, “Impact of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ 2021 Outpatient Evaluation and Management Coding Guidelines on Family Medicine Residency,” that was accepted for presentation at the American Academy of Family Physicians Annual FMX meeting in September in Washington, D.C.
