The Regional Autism Network

The Regional Autism Network (RAN) is a free community-based program funded by the Alabama Department of Mental Health through an annual grant. The University of Alabama Regional Autism Network (UA-RAN) is dedicated to providing support for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families that are located within our 13 county region in west Alabama. UA-RAN understands that navigating the spectrum of services can be daunting, and we aim to simplify the process by connecting individuals and families to resources.

Our team of highly skilled professionals is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to individuals across all age groups, regardless of when they receive their autism diagnosis. We understand that each person’s journey with autism is unique, which is why we offer personalized consultations tailored to meet individual needs. We specialize in early diagnosis support, helping families navigate the often complex process of recognizing and understanding the signs of autism in their loved ones.
