Welcome to the UA Student Health Center and Pharmacy, where our focus is student health care. We look forward to providing you with the same high-quality care that you get at home. Services include medical care for scheduled appointments and urgent care, women’s health, psychiatry, allergy shots and immunizations, an in-house pharmacy, billing and insurance, medical records and health education.

Insurance Plan
The University of Alabama has a new student health insurance plan that will be administered by BlueCross and BlueShield of Alabama beginning July 30, 2024. The new plan will lower insurance premiums for students and offer dental and vision coverage. Learn more here.
